Wah kao damn bloody pissed by the so-called lady boss of my mom's working F&B company.

Firstly, there are workers' disagreement and the lady boss was notified by this matter. An old gigantic auntie kept condemning my mother out of jealousy. She eyed for the LEADER position that my mom currently holds so she buey song and everytime terrorised my mother. ( She thinks BIG SIZE DOMINATES. moronic.)

My mom has been tolerating and swallowing all this torment caused by her arrogant colleague (let's named her as B) Hence, my mom never reports this matter until recently, it has exceeded her limit of tolerance.

What's wrong with the leader reminding other worker of something that she has done wrong?That particular colleague,B, turned a deaf ear and initiated a spark leading to quarrel. B has the cheek to shout at my mom who is of a higher position.

Nevermind. I thought the lady boss would resolve this matter. But who knows? This lady boss has no sense of responsibility at all!! She told my mom over the phone that my mother never respected her 'cos the lady boss claimed that all the while she thought the relation between my mom and the colleague B is good. Come on lar, that colleague B super act one okays.. only knows how to act in front of boss. What the hell and this leaves the impression to the lady boss about this auntie B that her working attitude is superb and efficient. (oh well, i am damn sure of that this useless lady boss likes people who boot-licks.)

Hey!! Cocked up management. The lady boss doesn't even possess leadership qualities. She only knows how to CONTRADICT herself. For instance, working schedule. This week, my mom supposed to take leave on saturday but the lady boss disagreed by saying that this schedule haven't approve by her.

Why am i writing all these? I am already so fed up when hearing the conversation by the lady boss and her mom. She suggests a SOLUTION to my mom after 1/2 hr call, she asks my mother to talk to the colleague B and settled HERSELF. And she even commented, " If like that you also can't settle by yourself, you have failed to be a leader!"

COME ON!!!! I THINK YOU HAVE FAILED TO BECOME A BOSS. THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT IS UNDER YOU AND YOU DARED TO IRK THE RESPONSIBILTY AND TOLD MY MOM THAT SHE IS NOT CAPABLE?!

Ehhh by the way, my mom has already so worn out ( see how much weight she has lost) being a leader and she proposed umpteen times to step down the position and let the colleague B do the job since the lady boss said that the colleague B is MORE capable than my mom. Guessed by she answered? " No, this matter isn't regarding who to become the leader."

But she contradicted by saying," Anything that goes wrong, be it quarrel or others, i will straightaway told the leader off because leader is considered to have more authority." If B is so damn capable and far better than my mom, why she doesn't want to let B become the leader? OBVIOUSLY the lady boss is using my mother.

o.O WHAT THE TOOT?! What sh!t she's talking about when my mom doesn't seem to have the authority to advise other colleagues when they did wrong stuffs? Moreover, the lady boss added, " You (refer to my mother) shouldn't quarrel with B at working hours. Do it after you 2 had knocked off."

Siao bo....

Just now, after the conversation had ended. I told my mom about my perspective on this issue. If i were to meet the lady boss in person, i so wanna have a good chat with her. Lady boss with poorer than mediocre working attitude and ability?! I wonder how her company survives under her hands.

Having said all, i have no mood to take examination tmr. What's on my mind is anger!! Nothing else. Now it's 12.05am...cool and exam begins at 8.30am. >.<"
