Zzzz... Singtel is really smart for letting consumers to keep on signing and upgrading their plans but keep delaying on the delivery of products. It took Singtel 3 long weeks to send me the redemption letter after I have signed up for the broadband 10mbps plan.

The letter states that the period of redemption begins on 15 Dec and it will be located at Acer Headquarter @ International Business Park.

So i went to Jurong today to take my tablet pc from Singtel @ Acer Building. Guessed what?! They told me there's no ready stock for that. Wah... can you imagine.. first of the redemption date only and they give me that lousy excuse. Obviously, they do not have the stock by now yet they told the consumers that it would be ready for collection at anytime during the period stated in the offer letter.

Good job for Singtel, no wonder it's been a large corporation and a market leader in the Oligopoly. How to lose when they could clinch contracts even though they had not purchase any products for their promotion?

Argh. I cannot even see their efficiency as it would probably took more than 1 month to get my damn tablet pc to my house since the re-contract starts.
